History of Northern Hyrule

Northern Hyrule is the land covering everything north of Death Mountain and west of the Eastern Sea. Northern Hyrule has long been the home to the Hylians, who have lived in its towns for centuries. Northern Hyrule's most prominent location is Hyrule Castle-Town, a fifteen mile wide city which is home to the King of Hyrule and his daughter, Zelda. Northern Hyrule is also home to the Deku Kingdom, Zora's Domain and other major places. Northern Hyrule's history is not as specific as Southern Hyrule's, for it really isn't known how long the Hylians have occupied its lands. However, given this, it is still just as important to know as Southern Hyrule's. Just as Southern Hyrule's, you must read this history all the way through if you want to role play at Hyrule Castle, so begin with Hyrule Castle-Towns history and go from there. If you have already read these histories and are looking for a specific section, they will be linked below.

Now, because Hyrule is going to change over time, the main history may not accurately represent Hyrule as it is today. Therefore, the original history will always remain the same, it would be unrealistic to expect you to reread it everytime a new update came out or something happened to change the landscape. Instead, the updates along with their dates will be posted below.
