Welcome to the Hyrule Castle Character Creation page! This page will give you all the information and instruction you need to create your characters in the Hyrule Castle role play. Here at Hyrule Castle, the role play is likely to be different then that of any you have encountered before, and because of this we want to give you all the information you require to smoothly create your characters and join the community. Below we will have listed the rules of character creation, along with all of the information you will need to fill in the areas of the character creation sheet accurately. If there is anything you do not understand, feel free to ask any of the Staff.

Hyrule Castle is a very story-driven role play, with its own original history and map which do not correlate with any single Zelda game, so before you make any attempt at creating a character to start an adventure with, please familiarize yourself with them:

Character Creation Rules

• No Zelda canon characters may be created. "Canon" means characters from the games or other media such as Link, Zelda, Ganon, Kafei, Anju, etc... We also will not accept any characters that are based off of these characters.
   
  
• Any one member may create as many characters as he or she desires.
   
  
• Characters must feel as if they fit in with the world of Hyrule as we have set it up here on Hyrule Castle. IF your character violates the lore of the Role Play or does not feel as if they even fit in a Zelda environment, they will not be accepted. This goes along with the History of Hyrule, if you have not read it, you are likely to violate this rule.
   
  
• Your character may not play a prominent role in the lore or history of Hyrule. An example of this would be creating a character that is the Mayor of Darunia, or General of the Northern Hyrule Army.
   
  
• Characters can not know high profile canon characters closely, such as Zelda, the King of Hyrule, Link, Ganon, etc... An example of this would be a close friend or sibling of Zelda, a Prophet of Din, the Royal Butler, or other such creation.
